Malcolm Singleton
Malcolm has over 30 years of experience in the world of business and has always taken great pride in the personal service he has provided to his customers. For many years Malcolm has run a successful photographic business in Darlington and has enjoyed sharing in the happiest moments of many local people. It was his love of working with people, together with the experience of his father passing away in 1997 that led Malcolm to feel that he wanted to be able to help people at the saddest times of their lives as well, helping to make the experience of losing a loved one as easy as it can be. In 2009, Malcolm opened Saint and Forster in Thompson Street, along with his wife Sarah, with the intention of helping people to celebrate the lives of those who have passed away in the best way possible.
At Saint and Forster we believe that everyone’s life is unique and special; and that good funerals shouldn’t cost the earth. A good funeral is whatever you want it to be and our job it to make sure that everything is the way you want it to be. I am very excited about the way the business is growing and to welcome Keith as a new partner. Together we look forward to being able to serve the people of Darlington for many years to come.
Keith Munt
Keith joined Saint and Forster as a Partner and Company Director in June 2011. He has 13 years experience of working in the funeral service in the Darlington area. Keith entered the profession because he wanted to be able to make a real difference to people at one of the most difficult times in their lives and at Saint and Forster he believes that he has found the perfect opportunity to make his vision into a reality.
The funeral service is going to change a great deal in the next couple of decades. People are rightly demanding greater transparency and more choice and control than has been the case in the past. At Saint and Forster that is exactly what we set out to give you. We will make you aware of the choices available to you at every step of the way. We will never try to pressure you into buying something you don’t want or need, but we will do our very best to turn whatever you do want into a reality for you. We realise what a difficult time this is, but we aim to make it as easy and meaningful as possible, so that you will be able to look back on the funeral as a celebration of a life well lived.
